Plan traps to know
- This is API pricing, not the Gemini consumer subscription — do not mix the two. Google AI Plus/Pro/Ultra plans use Google Flow credits per generation instead (e.g. Veo 3.1 Fast 20 credits per video for non-Ultra subscribers).
- Gemini API Veo 3.1 preview models shut down October 22, 2026 (official deprecations page). The same per-second prices are listed for GA Veo 3.1 on Google Cloud Agent Platform (Vertex AI), where Google's model page lists fixed-quota and Provisioned Throughput consumption (not standard pay-as-you-go) — check access in your Cloud project.
- Veo 3 (veo-3.0-generate-001 / -fast-) has a June 30, 2026 retirement date on both the Gemini API and Agent Platform — use Veo 3.1.
- No-audio prices exist only on Agent Platform (Vertex AI); the Gemini API listed with-audio prices only until its Veo 3.1 preview shut down Oct 22, 2026.
